Cabin Charter Join In
Every other boat in our fleet is chartered whole. A join-in cabin charter works the other way round: you book a cabin on a scheduled departure and share the yacht, the crew and the route with a small group of other guests. It is how to spend several days sailing the Andaman islands without taking on a private yacht.
How a join-in cabin charter works
The dates and the itinerary are fixed, and the price is per person rather than per boat. You choose a cabin type — ensuite, or non-ensuite with a shared head and shower — and whether you are two sharing or one guest taking the cabin for sole use.
Everything that runs the yacht is in the fare: the crew, fuel, berthing and full board. What you pay on top is small and itemised — national park fees and whatever you drink from the bar.
Join-in or private charter
Join in if you are one or two people, want a multi-day sailing trip, and are happy with a set route and new company on deck.
Charter privately if you are a family or a group that would fill the cabins anyway, need particular dates, or want to decide each morning where to go. A private overnight charter is priced for the whole vessel. Overnight yacht charter from Phuket →

Common questions
What is a join-in cabin charter?
You book a cabin on a scheduled sailing rather than chartering the whole yacht. The boat, the crew and the route are shared with the other guests on that departure, and the price is per person.
How much does a cabin charter from Phuket cost?
The Best of Andaman runs from €999 per person for two sharing a non-ensuite cabin on the final departure of the season. Most departures are €1,299 to €1,699 per person for two sharing, and €1,799 to €2,699 for sole use of a double cabin, for six days and five nights with full board.
Can I join a cabin charter on my own?
Yes. Solo travellers book a double cabin for sole use at the single-occupancy rate. You are not asked to share a cabin with another guest.
Is a cabin charter private?
No. Your cabin is your own, but the yacht is shared with the guests in the other cabins. If you want the yacht to yourselves, every other vessel in our fleet is a private, whole-boat charter.
